At La Belle® French Bakery, we bring the tradition of French pâtisserie to Colorado with purpose, precision and passion.
Founded in 2016 by French-born pastry chef Julien Renaut, La Belle® was built on a simple belief: exceptional ingredients, disciplined technique, and relentless attention to detail create unforgettable experiences.
Born in Lille, Julien began his pastry journey at 17 before earning his Pastry Degree and Master’s in Chocolate and refining his craft in France. He later moved to the United States as an Executive Pastry Chef before launching La Belle®.
Today, La Belle® operates as both a wholesale production bakery and a retail destination. From our production facility, we supply over 120 wholesale partners across Colorado while welcoming guests daily at our retail locations in Broomfield and Greenwood Village.
