Since 2016, La Belle® French Bakery has brought the tradition, technique, and artistry of French pâtisserie to Colorado.

Founded by a French pastry chef and rooted in the traditions of French baking, La Belle was built around a simple philosophy: exceptional ingredients, disciplined technique, and attention to every detail create exceptional pastry.
That philosophy continues to guide La Belle today.

La Belle® was established in Colorado in 2016 and has grown from a production bakery into both a wholesale bakery and a destination for guests looking for French pastries, breads, desserts, and more.
Today, our production bakery serves wholesale partners throughout Colorado, while our retail bakeries in Broomfield and Greenwood Village welcome guests into the La Belle experience.
Whether we are preparing pastries for one of our retail cases or producing consistently for a wholesale partner, the standard remains the same.
